Happy Thanksgiving!

I want to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving.

This year, I'm thankful that my husband isn't deployed again and is here to celebrate Thanksgiving with me and our daughter. I'm thankful that we have three holiday seasons in a row together before I have to worry about another deployment. I'm thankful that we're all healthy and happy. I'm thankful that my family can be together, even though I'm not able to make it home for the holidays this year. I'm thankful that I have a job that helps keeps the lights on.

What are you thankful for?

Happy Birthday Marines!!

Today is the birthday for the US Marine Corps. 234 years old and still kickin'! I want to say Happy Birthday to my favorite Marine:

He's going to kill me when he sees what picture I used....

I love you honey!!

I Have the Best Honey!

A couple weeks ago, Josh had a Friday off for some holiday. I don't remember which one, but his plan for the whole day was to tear down his bike to fix/change things. Riding season (good weather season at least) is almost over, so it seemed like a good time to start.
He said he would come up to the store to have lunch with me. Well, 1 o'clock rolls around and I see him come in wearing his riding gear. He told me to come on so we can have lunch. I get outside to see the Black Pearl sitting there; NOT in pieces!! I was so excited, I can't even explain. We had not gone riding together in about two months, so this was a big surprise for me.
I only have an hour for lunch, so we stayed in town. But it still felt so good to be on the bike again... even if it was 50 degrees and windy. My face was frozen when I got back, but I was still smiling!

And no, I didn't get any bugs in my teeth. Not yet any way!

I'm Bringing it Back!!

That's right. "One Big Harley Family" is back in business. There have been a few changes since I deleted my last blog, so I'll do a quick mini-update. One, I have MY OWN Harley now. Two, I also WORK for Harley now.

Also, I don't have home Internet yet, so posting will be from my phone for now. Once I do get Internet, or find some wi-fi I'll do a more in depth update.

Til next time, keep the rubber side down!!
